YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW LOGIN AND PASSWORD FOR 2013.

Commit to walk one mile a day from Memorial Day to Labor Day!

WHY? Because walking is one of the best ways to lose weight, build muscle and feel great physically and mentally. In fact, studies show that walking can burn calories, strengthen muscles, help prevent osteoporosis, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and colon cancer and improve overall mood and attitude. So the better question is, WHY NOT?

Every participant who completes 100 miles with all weeks having at least 5 days of mileage will receive a finishers 100 Miles t-shirt.
